Summer Update: State Cup and Cal Cup Champions!

With a little strategic leaping from his teammate Jarod Matteoni, Domo was able to put the ball away in the State Cup Quarterfinal Game. 

    They went on to win the game and advance to the championship game.

STATE CUP FINAL GAME
May 17, 2015

    During the State Cup Final game, Domo had more than one battle with the defenders and the goalie. 

    But in true Domo style, he kept working hard and finally scored the goal!

It ended up being the game winning goal. It was a hard fought victory with major kudos to AFC's defense, as they had work extra hard the whole game to keep their 1-0 lead and closing the game out with the win.

CAL CUP 

June 19-21, 2015

Domo scored 1 goal in AFC's 1st game at Cal Cup and it ended up being all they needed to win, as the final was 1-0 AFC. In the second game AFC was down, 2-1 and with only minutes left in the game, Domo had a beautiful drive up the field and fed the ball to AFC guest player, Cody Buchanan, who put the ball in the net, forcing PKs. AFC won and advanced to the final, where they were the defending champs. The won, of course!
